TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and full payment is deducted 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled arrival will incur no charges.

For cancellations made after this time, one night charge will be applied per room booked.

For bookings of four nights or more, a charge of two nights accommodation will be charged per room booked.

48 hours prior to arrival is midnight two nights before - eg, if you've booked to stay on a Friday night, then notice of cancellation must be made before 12am on the Wednesday.

For bookings shortened during the stay, 48 hours notice is required.

Eg, If you notify us on the Thursday that you will be checking out that day then you will be charged for Thursday & Friday nights.

Eg, If you notify us on the Thursday that you will be checking out tomorrow, then you will be charged for the Friday night.

Eg, If you notify us on the Thursday that you will be checking out on Saturday then no charges will apply.

For bookings during Easter period - Good Friday to Easter Sunday full payment is required on March 1st - this is non-refundable.

For bookings during Christmas period - December 24th, 25th & 26th full payment is required on December 1st - this is non-refundable.

For bookings during Waitangi weekend (first Friday, Saturday & Sunday of February) full payment is required on January 1st - this is non-refundable.

For bookings during Labour Day weekend full payment is required on October 1st - this is non-refundable.

We require a valid credit card to be provided at check-in to cover incidental charges. We DO NOT accept debit cards for this.

Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.

No visitors are allowed in rooms after 9pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you will be charged $200 to restore the unit to its non-smoking status.

Infants are under the age of 1 year

Children are under the age of 15 years

All other guests are considered adults.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over.

Please note that we have a NO PETS policy. If you arrive with an animal (even sleeping in the car), you will be asked to leave and may not receive a refund.
